PCB inquiry for wristwatch with z5900m tubes

Does anyone have or know how I may acquire a PCB board schematic for a wristwatch with 4 x z5900m Nixie Tubes? The watch would be about 62-64mm in diameter. I do not personally know a lot about creating PCB boards but have been working with a friend who knows how to make them, but wanted to also know if this was an already existing option. If not does anyone have any recommendations for making one?
