for resolving and displaying SMPTE time code which can be recorded as
an audio signal and contains Hours, Minutes, Seconds and Frames for
editing audio/visual information.

I’ve been thinking of making a timecode display for video editing. Similar to the SMPTE format but frames has different range depending on the video
