Anyone have any information on the Tectrol SP215 VFD power supply? Pin out or any information would be helpful. I have searched but not been able to find any data.
Thanks

Larry,
You might check with CUI (cui.com); they bought Tectrol a few years ago and might still have data on Tectrol products.

If the pinout of this converter conforms to the majority of ones that I have seen, the two pins on the left would be the input.
As this was intended for VFDs, I would expect that the top two pins on the right would be the 30 VDC output and the bottom three would be the 3.7 VAC filament output, with a center tap. Often the center tap is either grounded or perhaps elevated a few volts DC for cathode bias when used with multiplexed displays.

Just my guess!

Thanks for the reply. I tried 6v on the left two pins but not getting expected results. I went to the CUI web site and searched but no datasheet so I sent a requested. No response yet.

In case anyone else is interested. After testing again, Mark was right on the pin out. I am posting a picture of the labeled pins.SP215.jpg
