Just noted that PV Electronics is selling a NTP adapter for their clocks...

This sort of thing is a good alternative to GPS module - sort of wot I plan

I just got one of these.....Very nice device and works as advertised.

The PV NTP device is also a very fair price.  Not as configurable as some, in terms of TTL/RS232 and baud rate, but works with all of the PV clocks.

I would like to use such a device with my Nixichron, but I believe my firmware is too old and needs the 1 PPS pulse from the GPS.
Has anyone got updated Nixichron code?

I agree with Jeff W., its a sweet little device, I have one and it works nicely. It's nice and lightweight and can be easily concealed. Per Jeff, it is not programmable for different baud rates, but we might beat Pete up a little and see what he can do. ;-)  Regarding the latest firmware for Jeff Thomas clocks, Terry contact me and we can discuss.
