presentation of GR-43015 and enquiry on Siemens nixies

Hello gents ,

In the Summer I have bought one big ass multi meter just for one tube that show nF and pF signs , called Siemens  R2020 Digital capacitance unbalance set 

 The mentioned tube is labeled GR-43015

The module has one ZM1183 which is also marked GR-43031  , 3 X ZM1182 and that GR--43015 
My question is , does Siemens really produced any nixie tubes ? or they have been produced for  them by others ? by checking the GR codes , I assume that  they where made by Okaya -Rodan
Any one has any information about this?

Follow up: everyone has the M1183 listed as having the characters "Ω, +, –, [sine with horizontal line]".

It's my understanding that the last character indicates AC current (as with the inverted sine). If anyone can tell me what the unicode or UTF-8 number for "sine with horizontal line" is I'd be very happy.

The green insulation on the pins inside the tube are pretty characteristic of Japanese nixie tubes, I haven’t seen a tube with it from anywhere else

It's QS30-7A, very rare now, I have the list of QS30 series, but only a few tubes in my collection.

I have a QS30-75 with the same glyphs, honeycomb mesh. I'm not sure if its cathodes are exactly the same. I also have an unmarked tube which appears to be identical to the QS30-75 except that it has a rectangular mesh. QS30-7A, perhaps?

There were several manufacturers making QS30 tubes at that time, so tubes may not exactly the same from different factories.

I took over 500 pictures for these symbol tubes, I shared them here:
