Well, the ones I saw listed with a picture had a date code of '1514', which suggests they were manufactured in the 14th week of 2015. With all of the counterfeit parts that are roaming-around out there I'd be suspicious, too. On top of that, it's hard to believe there would be enough demand to manufacture & test these obsolete parts.
They certainly are cheap enough to experiment with or use as replacements, but I never have, and never will, use any drivers rated below 200 volts in my designs.
