Ceramic Driver ICs

Hi Folks,

For an unique and special project i'm looking for ceramic parts. I've already found myself a micro-controller in ceramic and some other ic's as well.

It would be nice if i could use also a ceramic nixie driver like the 74141 or 7441.

Does any one here has them and would like to sell 2-3 pcs?

Weren't there ceramic versions of the K155N1 version?

Actually, i have some of those ceramic versions here I think....let me know if you want to go that route...

If you need ~2000pc, I may be pack die at russian assembly service to golden plated wires ceramic carrier.
