Greetings All,
My wife and I are planning a short visit to our daughter in NYC, and was wondering if anyone up there could recommend a vintage or modern electronics store. Not like Best Buy, but a real electronics store.

Any names or locations are greatly appreciated.

There's not much left of Canal Row, but Leeds Radio is still around.

When Leeds moved to their new location recently they junked a load of their more esoteric items, i.e. the ones I liked ordering from them but were rarely in demand i.e. the reason that stores like Leeds were so useful...

These included some completely otherwise unobtanium sockets for an obscure valve I have, now unlikely ever to be found again.
