For a very long time, some years ago, the owner of that place
Walter Shawlee was bidding on every possible nixie on ebay.

He'd get them as cheaply as possible, then jack them way up to sell
on that Sphere place.

One time when I wanted some from  ebay for myself, I emailed Walter and kindly
requested he keep his paws off so I could get them at a reasonable price.

He did cooperate with me, on that.

If you look  they list a large number with data sheets and pin-outs  but most have been sold out a long time ago.  I wish they still had more.

Also, their shipping to the US is something like $40 minimum so be sure to place a large order.

Heh.

Here's their shipping info:

"USA destinations, shipping/handling minimum of C$42.00 (~US$32 currently) for any insured, trackable air shipment up to 0.5 kg/1 pound. (typical delivery within 5 business days)."

And

"USA Destinations are C$18.00 for AirMail parcels up to 250 grams/0.5 pound or C$22.00 for parcels from 250 grams to 500 grams/1 pound. This option offers no delivery guarantee or insurance so we can accept no liability for loss or damage. Very small, rugged items that can fit in a 000 padded bag can ship for as little as C$6. This works for some flat parts."
