dynamic_data_compiler Output Dates in Wrong Order

The dynamic_data_compiler function is making the dates output in the wrong order for the TRADINGINTERCONNECT table. I haven't checked if the data is incomplete or just out of order, but I'm happy to have a crack at fixing it at some point.

Hi Tom,

Thanks for opening this up for discussion. 

You're correct there is no explicit sorting of the data by date by NEMOSIS.

I can see why it would be expected behaviour though. 

My main question with adding this functionality is should sorting also be done by other ID columns such as DUID etc?
