Sort of last minute Northern Rail Trail 200km Boscawen Park and Ride Start

Hi NERds:  

  Jeffery O and I plan to do the Northern Rail Trail 200km starting from the Boscawen end of the course on Friday July 24, 2026 around 7:45am (aim to start between 7:30-8:00).  This is Perm route 5713 and it is almost all dirt and relatively flat since almost the entire course is on the rail trail.  PM us if interested to join.

There is a minor disruption to the trail near Andover due to a landowner dispute. You can just detour on route 11 for a mile or so and then get back on. But don't be surprised by the jersey barricades in the trail.

Thanks for the shameless plug, Tsun 😄. 

Make sure to take your time when you hit Mascoma Lake - really nice scenery! Also the bridge on Potato Rd around MP 20.1 is still technically closed, but easily passable by walking the bike past the concrete barriers. Alternatively, you can diverting to the rail trail early by turning left at the intersection of Ibey Rd & South Rd at MP 18.9.
