Direct Certified Students

I have a household that had two students directly certified for SNAP.  There are two other students in the household that were "indirectly" certified for SNAP because the siblings were directly certified.  When the letter printed, it didn't included the "indirectly" certified students on that letter.  One of the "indirectly" certified students needs proof that they qualified.  Is there a way to reprint the letter with the "indirectly" certified students on it?

I have in the past pulled up the students Eligibility and did a screenshot of the page that includes the Eligibility Detail open. That has all the information and dates on it.

When you added the Eligibility for your 2 - indirect students, did you mark them as Direct and Extended??? 

If so -- that should pull to the letter. 

Otherwise--When is screenshot I just do the area that shows the student name, grade etc, all the way over to the Eligibility Detail. I agree and wish I could just print the detail and it have all the information on it I need sometimes.

When I run the direct list, I click the box that extends certification to the other siblings in the household.  It doesn't specify that the sibling was added as extended.  It just has the direct certification.  This system is new to me this year and I am wondering if there is something that I am missing when I upload the list.

If the student has the box checked as extended...it should come across on the letter then.

The light just came on!  Thanks for your help!  I didn't realize I needed to check that box. I was just checking the extend box when uploading the list.
