Hey,

Completely IC unrelated question, hope that's allowed. :)

I am looking into the CEP program for Madison. While we qualify, it would be great if we could have more people on Direct benefits to increase our reimbursement amount. Has anyone sent out a letter to parents encouraging them to apply for Direct benefits? If so, could you please share it with me?

Hello Lisa,

Our district does not have a letter to parents encouraging them to apply for direct benefits.  We do; however, provide a cover letter at the beginning of the year that explains the benefits for those that qualify for free/reduced benefits. The parents may complete a quick survey at the bottom of that cover letter where they are asked to return it to our support staff.
