Primary Language Code for Spanish

I need a Primary Language Code for the Spanish online registration application our parents fill out every year.  We are starting a Spanish application next year.

We didn’t add a Primary Language  Code for our district since it isn’t required in OLR.

Does anyone know how to change calendar/attendance settings or know if it would be in those settings or how to make the correction or what needs to be done to fix the below. This is all for our K-4 Elementary Buidling

 

On our ADM detail report and attendance for our K-4 students (K-4 Building)-

It counts the kids for being gone both a.m. & p.m. so a full day -for example if they are just gone for a 1/2 day.   And so the attendance letters for the K-4 Building  don't read correct.  Our elementary principal has made her own and doesn't utilize those because they are not accurate due to this.

Where can this be fixed and who can help us fix this.  At the Infinite campus meeting in Kearney, they said we would have to call for help etc. Another girl there stated they were having the same issue.

 I'm new this year to Infinite Campus. Our principal has asked about this on her zoom meeting this week but didnt get the answer or help needed to fix it.

I don't think it has probably been correct since getting this program from what I know. 

Also, we do not know if the K-4 could have a separate attendance letter once all is fixed or if it would work to use the same as the 5-12 but we would need the elementary principal's name added to that, as right now it is only the Secondary Principal on those for the 5-12 Building.

Do we need to call in for a ticket in order to get help or ?

Yes, I do use the check in and check out also. However, Sometimes if a student is just tardy, I feel it doesnt work sometime so I go back and have to delete the PM or etc.

I know Mrs. Remm, our elementary principal was told on the zoom call yesterday, that they thought we probably need to change or settings to exact minutes-

instead of AM/PM. However, I'm not sure who has access to those settings, or what we need to do for sure so we can get someone who knows- what to do and can help us that would be Amazing.
