IC not loading on iPads

Hello!

 

Wondering if any district has encountered the following issue:

We've had a couple of teachers say that they can log into IC on an iPad, but once they login, they see a white page with a spinning circle. 

If your district has encountered this issue, how did you resolve? Was this a browser security setting issue??

 

We are also checking to see if this is a New Look issue or a Classic View issue as well.

Aurora did.  We had to update the ipad to a higher version.

Plus one for updating the iPads. We had same issue at Schuyler and the iPadOS update did the trick!
