Neuse River Trail Closure?

Anyone been on the Neuse River Trail lately? If so, how's the work progressing on the sewer installation? The city of Raleigh's website,  Neuse River Trail Closure | Raleighnc.gov states that construction will be completed by Sun 11/30/2025. 

If that's the case, I'll get the Neuse River Populaire reactivated, https://rusa.org/cgi-bin/permview_GF.pl?permid=3094 as soon as it reopens. If not, perhaps by the new year.

I rode that populaire with Bob a few years ago right after it was first activated, I think.  It’s a great route.  Would love to see it back on the schedule.

It’s still closed between Mingo creek to Buffalo ? Honestly don’t remember I ride around the barriers and ride the dirt/gravel if it’s dry but from Anderson to new Bern is open so progress made, rode this 2-3 weeks back hope this helps and somewhat accurate !
