Dear nat lab,
I want to plot the boundingbox of the fly region, but i only find the boundingbox in this page http://natverse.org/elmr/reference/FAFB.surf.html, it tells me how to calculate the whole brain of the fly, but i want to calculate every region of the fly brain.

I saw the region list is in the FAFB14NP.surf, but how to calculate the boundingbox?
Best wishes.

You can subset a single compound surface object and then extract the bb. This does it in one go

sapply(FAFB14NP.surf$RegionList, function(r) boundingbox(subset(FAFB14NP.surf,r)))

Best,

Greg.
