I would like to ask whether anyone has a copy of the book “al-Zukhrufa al-Mansūja fī al-Aqmisha fī al-ʿAṣr al-Fāṭimī” in their personal or institutional archive.

If you're looking for manuscripts, several witnesses found in BNF are available online, such as these two:

On the other hand, this work is probably falsely attributed to Ibn al-Muqaffa', as has been shown by den Heijer in The Coptic Encyclopedia (Volume 4).
