Bishops of Mt. Sinai in the 12th C

Dear all,

I am looking for biographical information on two bishops, Macarius (Maqār) and Anṭūn (Anthony), who served at the monastery in Mt. Sinai towards the end of Fatimid rule of Egypt. They are mentioned in the decrees issued in the Fatimid chancery and are now housed at St. Catherine's monastery in Sinai, and were edited by SM. Stern. 

Are there any biographical sources on the bishops of Mt. Sinai in the 11th and 12th centuries?
