Was ʿAlī Ibn Dāwūd al-ʾArfādiyy (11th cent) mentioned in Graf?

Well, it seems that Graf hasn't mentionned him. See Troupeau ("Le livre de l'unanimité de la foi de Ali Ibn Dawud al-Arfadi") who writes that Ali ibn Dawud is "unknown in the christian arabic litterature" but gives Graf's reference for Ibn al-Assal and Elias al-Gawhari. (cf p 198)
