Quick context on who we are: we're an early-stage startup building systems around real-world problems, currently past the prototype stage with a working product and early traction. Alongside the core company we're incubating a couple of higher-end projects tackling harder infrastructure-level problems, so a non-exclusive funding partnership could genuinely be a fit depending on structure.
Before we get into specifics on our end, I'd like to understand who I'd be partnering with. Could you share:
- The name of the fund / consortium and its website
- Which entity would be on the paperwork, and where it's registered
- Typical cheque size, stage, and structure you invest in (equity, debt, SAFE, revenue-based?)
- A few portfolio companies or references I can look into
Once I've had a chance to review that, I'm happy to send over our deck and data room and set up a proper call. I keep diligence tight on both sides — I'm sure you'd expect the same from anyone you fund.
