Nigerian Christians should start fighting back, they should begin from Christians already in the armed forced and police of Nigeria. President Tinubu doesn't seem to be a radical Islamist, but it seems the Islamists have turned him into another Afonja. Folks forget that Afonja did not initially set out to betray his Yoruba, he only wanted power through Fulani's help; they conned him with apparitional power, which they retrieved from him in reality when he foolishly felt comfortable, I sense that the same thing might be happening to Tinubu in circa 2025.

White Christians understand Islamization when they see one -- because their ancestors fought Islamists with all they got. The Us was toying with Islamists, just as Nigeria is naively toying with them now, until 9/11, so if Christians and some elements of the US government have sensed genocidal Islamizing in Nigeria, only a fool or a corrupt Nigerian would capriciously deny it or accept the stupid seeming denial of the Nigerian government.

Some Igbos (I always say “some”because not all Igbos are guilty) are really stupid. 

It baffles me that Nebu has been brainwashed with lies and stupidity by Nnamdi Kanu and Abraham Madu. 

All the crises reported throughout Nigeria are resource-influenced and have nothing to do with religion. The Boko Haram and IPOB, both designated terrorist groups, are facing severe punishment from our security agents or some here still feel that they are state sponsored  ? 

The banditry in the North, including southern Kaduna, is caused by resource and land issues, not disputes. Are kidnappers for only Christians? 

 There's virtually no country in the world without religious hatred or victimization. It was recently reported that a mosque was burnt down in the UK. You can only allege persecution if the state is aware of religious-related crimes and fails to act. In Nigeria today, the Chief of General Staff, Chief of Army Staff, Director-General of the DSS, and several security organizations are Christians. 

It's sad that a supposedly educated man like Nebu has chosen to serve as a “ boi-boi” to ethnic nationalists like Nnamdi Kanu. 

If we follow logical reasoning, Igbos - an ethnic group with a sizable number of people outside their traditional South Eastern territory - should promote national unity more than any other ethnic group in Nigeria. I think it's counterintuitive for those foolish ones among them to join opportunistic Americans in encouraging division in the country.

I concur with you totally. Could the head of the security services you listed be complicit in the persecution of christians or as some like Nebu will say, be a sell-out to their fellow christians. Some Nigerians sell these ideas and stories to those unworthy foreigners, and end up buying the stories back from the foreigners again.

You Nigerian Christians are so stupid and cowardly that you don't understand what is actually going on in your country. This man cited instances of where Christians were murdered and displaced from their homelands, where churches were burnt and mosques erected, and only for Muslims to move in as the village would become theirs -- that is genocidal, you moron! They didn't just cite one village, they cited villages after villages. Is this not what the peoples of Plateau and Benue states have been saying for over a decade? Has the CIA not disclosed recently that the killings in the Southeast, which Nigerian authorities blame IPOB for, have always been carried out by Nigerian security agents?

This American's revelations fit the legal definition of genocide by religious and ethnic method; if he is telling the truth, then Fulani Islamists have been committing genocide against Christians and Northern minorities for over a decade. This should be thoroughly investigated, it should no longer be flippantly dismissed as has been the case in the two weeks that the US government got involved. The Nigerian state lies as a national policy, it denied genocide in Biafra between 1967 and 1970, even though we witnessed it as children and only escaped it by sheer luck -- most of our playmates did not escape it. I am convinced that Nigeria is lying now, this subtly Islamization of Northern Nigeria, preparatory to Islamizing the entire country (Yoruba land is borderline Islamized) has been calculated and has been shoved down our throats with the Muslim-Muslim presidential ticket of Tinubu and Shettima (an alleged initial sponsor of Boko Haram). 

Nigerian Christians are cowards; they are even testifying against this man's findings, in line with the Nigerian state's cowardly covering up for Fulani Islamists. Christians of old fought back when radical Muslims began taking over territories, else the entire world would have been forcibly Islamized. Nigerian Christians should start fighting back, they should begin from Christians already in the armed forced and police of Nigeria. President Tinubu doesn't seem to be a radical Islamist, but it seems the Islamists have turned him into another Afonja. Folks forget that Afonja did not initially set out to betray his Yoruba, he only wanted power through Fulani's help; they conned him with apparitional power, which they retrieved from him in reality when he foolishly felt comfortable, I sense that the same thing might be happening to Tinubu in circa 2025.

White Christians understand Islamization when they see one -- because their ancestors fought Islamists with all they got. The Us was toying with Islamists, just as Nigeria is naively toying with them now, until 9/11, so if Christians and some elements of the US government have sensed genocidal Islamizing in Nigeria, only a fool or a corrupt Nigerian would capriciously deny it or accept the stupid seeming denial of the Nigerian government.

Senior Adviser to US President Donald Trump on Arab and African Affairs, Massad Boulos, has dismissed claims of a Christian genocide in Nigeria.

Boulos made the remarks during a visit to President Bola Tinubu at the State House in Abuja on Friday.

His comments come amid growing calls by US lawmakers to designate Nigeria as a Country of Particular Concern over alleged persecution of Christians.

According to him, those familiar with Nigeria’s realities understand that terrorism “has no colour, no religion, and no tribe.”

“People of all religions and all tribes are dying as a result of terrorist acts, but it’s very unfortunate.
“We even know that Boko Haram and ISIS are killing more Muslims than Christians. People are suffering from all sorts of backgrounds. This is not specifically targeted about one group or the other.
“However, any loss of life is one too many, and we should work together in partnership to put an end to this,” he said.

He further explained that Nigeria’s Middle Belt has experienced deadly clashes between farmers and herders, noting that many of the farmer casualties have been Christians.

The US envoy described Nigeria as a melting pot of diverse ethnic and religious groups, with an almost even split between Christians and Muslims.

He basically acknowledged so, but he had to be tactical with his diction, which you misconstrue as "playing with semantics and economic with the facts" because he understands Nigeria to be a den of bandits and banditry where he could disappear two steps away from boarding a flight back to the US. He did not claim to be more knowledgeable of the genocide than the victims, that was why he quoted the survivors of the genocide and left examples after examples of evidence of the genocide. I commend his honesty, bravery and eloquence; he spoke truth to power right in front of Reno Omokri through whom APC looked for a laundry math to whitewashing the same genocide against Christians that Omokri railed against while Buhari was president. 

Again, that some Muslims died during these conquests doesn't nullify the finding -- that the killing of Christians was systematic enough to qualify as genocide. Some Muslims died on 9/11, both in the aircraft and in the buildings, yet those Muslim deaths did not remove jihadism as being behind those terrorist acts. Findings have  shown that where Christians were sacked in Benue and Plateau states, Muslims moved in, burned down churches, murdered unescaped-survived Christians, and forcibly converted Christian children they spared to Islam. This same scenario did not occur anywhere that Muslims were victimized; the Muslims were more of collateral damages, while Christians were calculatedly murdered and displaced. 

Until this revelation, I did not know that the killings were this organized with subtility. so I might give the Nigerian government the benefit of the doubt that it likely didn't know about this organized clandestine genocide against Christians; I will no longer deny that genocide against Christians is taking place in Nigeria, unless someone can show me evidence that these findings are false.
