PANAFSTRAG is working on Restoration of African Ancestral Religions and ReAfricanisation of AfroDiasporic Religions

We have 18 Voluntary member Committee with only two Africans from the University of Zimbabwe.

They are helping to develop the Curriculum for Ancestral Religions at Primary and Secondary Schools levels.

We are launching Pilot Projects all over the country.

We are doing same for Tertiary Institutions and replacing Comparative African/Abrahamic Religious Studies with Africa/Asian Ancestral Religions.

We want to start with an Online Journal dedicated to Ancestral Religions.

We have a Virtual Roundtable on 23 May,Africa/AfroDiasporic. Virtual  Dialogue on 26 June and a Virtual Conference on RESTORATION from 18-20 August.

Why African/Asian Ancestral Relegions?

While, I'm not against structured reintroduction of our lost traditional religions in our schools, I think for it to get the necessary foothold, it has to be organic. Ifa, Obatala, Ogun etc. worshippers need to come out of the closet and open up worship houses like churches and mosques....they need to be seen.
