“When a Jew anywhere in the world is threatened or under attack, do all in your power to come to his aid. Never pause to wonder what the World will think, or say. The World will never pity slaughtered Jews. The World may not necessarily like the fighting Jew, but the World will have to take account of him.” Menachem Begin..
“Kol Yisrael Arevim Zeh BeZeh. All Jews are responsible for one another.” The Talmud.
This past Holocaust Remembrance Day, I lit a memorial candle. But, the words, “NEVER AGAIN” rang hollow. I mourned when there was a memorial for the Bosnian Moslems that were slaughtered by the Nazi-like Serbs. The words, “NEVER AGAIN” seemed to mock me. And now, as we speak, the Jewish and Christian minorities are fighting for their very lives, as Non-Muslim minorities in Biafra..
I am even more perturbed that I had no knowledge, not an inkling, that this struggle was happening, but seemed to remain sinister and covert.Fifty years ago, the Biafrans, a peace-loving people, tried to declare their own independent State, while under the regime of the Moslem Military Government. The Government’s response was to immediately set up a blockade to the only port, through which Biafran citizens received food, medicine and other sustainable items. As a result, more than half of Biafra’s population starved to death, or died from illness. The rest of the survivors were met with guns and machetes. And yet, their dream for freedom remained stalwart. The modern-day Biafrans have risen, Phoenix-like, with their leader in exile, Mazi Nnamdi Kanu, sending live broadcasts from the UK. His strength, his charismatic command of words, inspires and fortifies their inherent desire for freedom. The Biafrans now refer to themselves as the IPOB, the Indigenous People of Biafra, the resistance. They are faithful followers of Hebrew Scripture. They have reclaimed their lost Tribal roots. They do not want to make Aliyah to Israel, despite extremely close ties. Rather, they feel their mission is to stay in Biafra, and bring the light of Judaism to the darkest points in Africa. They long to make pilgrimages to Israel, to pay homage to their ancestors’ dreams; but, they can only achieve these dreams by having a national identity. When Mr. Kanu presides in a live broadcast, he dons a Kippah, Tsitsis and Tallit.Twenty-five years ago, I was an adjunct instructor looking for fresh, interesting material for my Composition 1 class, at a local University. Suddenly, I saw headlines on the front cover of a well-known weekly newspaper, THE VILLAGE VOICE.
The caption read: MY PEOPLE WERE TURNED TO ASH. A young, African woman, recently widowed, gave testimony in front of the U.S. Congress, a chilling story that shook me and left an impression..
Her story started in a small, peaceful Christian village in the Southern part of Sudan. These villages sat upon a very valuable commodity – oil. The Fundamentalist Moslem government, in the North, issued terrifying raids onto these helpless villagers, first, slaughtering all the menfolk, burning everything to the ground. Women and small children were enslaved in chains and made to walk the terrifying trek to the North. They were given Islamic names, genitally mutilated, forcibly converted to Islam and chained to bed posts, as sexual slaves. The young boys’ names were also erased, being given Islamic names. They were forced to study from the Koran and treated like livestock. When it came time to enter “University,” there was one entrance exam. They must slaughter their own Christian tribesmen, bringing a fresh supply of women and children to perpetuate this heinous ritual. The Moslem government had a two-fold plan: A. Clear the oil-rich, Southern land for foreign drilling companies (Talisman, a Canadian oil concern, found in many US investment portfolios) and B. Make all of Sudan Pan-Islamic. As this carnage continued, Darfur was far from being a household word.I became an activist/public speaker to warn innocent Americans of just what was included in their retirement funds and how to stop modern-day slavery. I joined a group called the AASG: the American Anti-Slavery Group. At that time, there were about 27 million people enslaved in some sort of servitude!!! With much work on behalf of activists, Southern Sudan claimed their independence.Meanwhile, the Moslem-held Nigerian government has no plans to allow Biafra its independence. Recently, the U.N. Secretary, General, Mr. Antonio Guiterrez , without naming “names” cautioned certain governments not to use brutal or violent force in maintaining order, under the guise of the Corona Virus Shutdown. And who are the ones chosen to maintain law and order in Nigeria? The Boko Haram and the Western Fulani Bushmen, two renowned terrorist groups, have been given carte blanche to promote wanton, murderous terrorist attacks on innocent Biafrans. Slaughter and fear run rampant as homes are raided, burned, livestock and children kidnapped, the young daughters ravaged….The scenario between Sudan and Biafra are remarkably similar. And yet, the Biafran plight remains virtually unknown!!!!
As concerned Jews we should be engaged in a rampage of letter-writing campaigns to every politician (wherever we live), every humanitarian watchdog organization, just be constant, prolific and succinct in a two-fold strategy: A. Identify and clarify the problem; B.. Offer ways to put pressure, convince, social media campaigns, etc. Just today, I sent similar letters to: Jerusalem Post Op Ed, President Trump, Secretary of State Mike Pompeo, Prime Minister Netanyahu, Defense Minister Naftali Bennett, The possibilities are endless. I hope that I might pass the torch to you.

OlaFASORANTI, ADEBANJO, AKINTOYE, OTHERS RENEW CALL FOR RESTRUCTURING.By Kehinde Olatunji |The Guardian 24 July 2020 | 2:04 amThe Yoruba Summit Group, an umbrella body for all Yoruba groups, yesterday, lamented the state of the nation, and therefore, restated the need for restructuring Nigeria fiscally and structurally before the general elections. This was contained in a communique signed by Mogaji Gboyega Adejumo for Chief Ayo Fasoranti, Chief Ayo Adebanjo, Prof. Banji Akintoye, His Royal Highness, ỌOba Dipo Olaitan, Aare Iba Gani Adams, Dr. Olufemi Adegoke, Basorun Seinde Arogbofa and Chief (Mrs.) Kofoworola Bucknor-Akerele, among others. The group, which lamented the killing of Tolulope Arotile, demanded a full-scale independent investigation by an inclusive panel of experts. It also noted that the preponderance of permutations for 2023 presidency, zoning and selection, rather than addressing the nature of the Nigerian union, should be a thing of concern. The communiqué stated: “For this moment and for a future uncertain, for posterity and the prescient nature of our wisdom in foretelling a coming catastrophe, we the Yoruba have come to this irreducible, irreplaceable conclusions that the ship of state is veering off precariously into a precipice, and that Nigeria is at the very edge of a political subsidence.“We are persuaded that nothing short of restructuring can save this country. Any attempt to go ahead with elections in 2023 without addressing the issue of restructuring would spell doom for Nigeria. Notwithstanding the interests of some elements in our midst, it would be presumptuous to assume that the masses of the educated Yoruba Nation will dive headlong into being part of the 2023 elections when all elements of its execution – the military, paramilitary, INEC and the judiciary – have been rigged and appropriated by a single very tiny minority ethnic group in a small corner of the country.“The emerging resolve of the Yoruba not to be part of vassal state that Nigeria has become, is better managed with due accommodation before any further degeneration and obvious consequences. Our quest shall henceforth be to mobilise the masses of our people not to participate in any further elections until the goal of restructuring or self-determination is attained.“The Yoruba Nation is, therefore, making the clarion call for confidence building steps to be taken by the Buhari regime immediately, especially as the historic 60th anniversary of Nigeria as an independent nation beckons on October 1, 2020.“Steps toward an urgent meeting of all nationalities have to be taken now to determine the nature of our relationships. Unless this peaceful step is heeded to, so that Nigeria will head in the right direction thereafter, the clear alternative would be for self-determination quests to proceed rapidly without any further restraint.”It has become patently untenable for the Yoruba Nation to tolerate further incompetence and impunity as has been foisted on all other ethnic nationalities across Nigeria.”said.

THE MEMORY OF THE PAST VERSUS THE MEMORY OF THE PRESENT
Ozodi Thomas Osuji
THE PRESENT MEMORY
My mind is always using ideas from the past to think about the present. I do not think about the present without ideas from the past. I use the past to color the present and do not see anything as it is in the present but as my past memory leads me to see it.
I do not want to see the present, I would rather know about the past stored in my memory. I wonder why I do so.
We desired to be more powerful than God; unfortunately for us, the part is never more than the whole.
Unable to seem more powerful than God we went to sleep and dream that we have separated from God; in our dream we feel more powerful than God, after all we have invented a totally different universe, the universe of space, time and matter and replaced ourselves from the way God created us; God created us as part of formless unified spirit but on earth we now seem in body; we are now the masters of the physical universe hence very powerful.
In our sleep we dream and see a separated world of space, time and matter. God immediately (in a split second) sees what we are doing and created another self, the Holy Spirit and placed him in our minds to correct the separation.
The Holy Spirit immediately ended separation. Yes, the world of separated selves occurred and in less than a second was over. But given that we seek separation instead of letting the separated world to go we keep it in our memory.
The world of separated things is now in the past but we keep that past in our memory and use it to color whatever we see now.
The world we see today and call it our physical universe is long gone but we manage to use the past to think about present events and color them with the past that is long gone.
We are afraid of experiencing the present memory. How come? Because in the present memory lies the awareness of our unified state in God. In the present is God’s eternal now. In that eternal now God is all powerful and we have derived power from him but are not as powerful as he is. We do not want God to be more powerful than us so we would rather not experience God’s world; instead, we use the moment of separation that we managed to achieve, before the Holy Spirit quickly ended it, to color our present thinking.
You can use your past experiences to color your present experiences, true or false? Of course it is true. We do not see anything as it is in the present but as our past interprets it to be. We perceive with the past to avoid seeing the present.
I do not see you as you are now but as my past experiences lead me to see you. As you are now is the formless unified son of God but instead I see you in body and ego and you do the same to me. We do not see each other’s present selves.
REVERSING EFFECT AND CAUSE
In reality, God created us, God is the cause of his sons’ existence; we are the effects of God’s creation.
We do not like to be the effects of God; we do not like it that God caused us. We want to cause God and have effects like God does.
We go to sleep and dream and use our dreaming to become causes that have the effect of creating egos, our present identities. Thus, like God we are now the cause of the existence of other selves, egos in bodies.
The ego in body is the effect of the desire of the son of God to create a different self-apart from the unified self that his father created him as.
Alas, we create in dreams. We caused effects in dreams and have really not caused the existence of any permanent effect; we had no effect on reality.
We remain as God created us, unified with him and all of us and are eternally in spirit and not in body, space and time.
But in our minds we have reversed effect and causes by making us cause the effects of the ego. The Holy Spirit reverses our cause and effect; he dismisses the dream and shows us that we remain the effects of God; we had no real cause.
THE AGREEMENT TO JOIN
When separation was initiated by one son of God other sons of God joined in it. If you are on earth you agreed to join in separating from God, from unified self.
If you had not agreed to separate from God you would not be on earth; infinite sons of God did not join to separate and are still in God. Remember the story of the prodigal son, one son left home and one son stayed with his father at home.
Those who agreed to join in separation must now agree to return home. We all accepted that if one of us became aware of God that he must work to enable all of us to have the same remembrance.
All awakened sons of God stay in God for a little while and return to this world or stay in the world of light forms and from there guide those still in the world of separated ego states to know what they have to do to awaken.
Jesus, Buddha and other enlightened sons of God are in the world of light forms and are working day and night trying to help us awaken. Through their students on earth they spread the message of what we have to do to awaken.
Until all of us awaken they will not permanently return and stay in heaven, in unified state, their return to heaven is contingent on all of us giving up the ego and accepting Christ, unified self.
Thus, the longer we stay in ego state the longer we keep them in the world of light forms. As it were, we hold them prisoners waiting for all of us to awaken from ego and join them at the gate of heaven and thereafter the gate opens and we all enter and know ourselves as the holy son of God and our present universe ends.
Hinduism calls our present universe Kali Yuga; it will end and other universes continue to exist; there are infinite universes.
The point here is that we agreed to separate and agreed to return together.
THE GREATER JOINING
A person like Jesus recognizes union and works to enable us to join him in that awareness. This is the greater joining that we all agreed to and must achieve to return to God. No one on a journey to ego land permanently returns to Christ land leaving his siblings still in ego land.
THE ALTERNATIVE TO DREAMS OF FEAR
At present we dream with the ego sense of specialness, with desire for differences, superiority and inferiority, inequality, man and woman, black and white, child and adult; all these divide us; they produce the world of mutual attack we live in.
The Holy Spirit redirects the trajectory of our dream; he gives us belief in union, sense of forgiveness. When we forgive those who harmed us on earth we are now dreaming without fear.
If we attack each other we dream with fear for those we attacked do attack us and we know it hence the ego is always in fear and defends itself. The alternative to the dream of fear is the dream of forgiveness.
THE SECRET VOWS
When we left God, union and went on a journey without distance, a journey to nowhere for everywhere is in union, in God we had a secret vow with each other to always do what makes us separate from each other.
You come to me and attack me and I attack you back; our mutual attacks enable us to justify separation from each other. This is our secret vows to remain in separation.
The Holy Spirit reinterprets that vow and tells us to forgive those who attacked us and not separate from them and when we forgive we return to love, to union. Thus, it is also our secret vow to forgive each other to end separation.
THE ARK OF SAFEY
In separated state we are insecure for we are attacking each other and feeling pain. When we agree to forgive each other we build an arc of safety; like in Noah’s metaphorical ark we enter into it as a place where we do not harm each other and instead love each other; that is the world of light forms, the gate of heaven, and the happy dream before we return to heaven and experience total safety.
NO EGO AND BODY IDENTIFICATION AND ONE FEELS FREE
Do you want to feel FREE, peaceful and happy? If yes then do not see yourself as your ego and body; lose your sense of separated self in body. Do not retain any attachment to ego and body.
Now, your body’s function is reinterpreted by the Holy Spirit to be a means of doing what you have to do to help all of us awaken from the hell of ego living. You are now a teacher of God.
PS:
These few observations summarize A course in miracles chapter 28 (pages 589 to 605). Now go read it and the entire 1300 pages book for fuller understanding of the message in the book.

MEN DIE WHEN THEY HAVE NO IMPORTANT TASK TO ACCOMPLISH
Ozodi Thomas Osuji
I have this friend, a retired professor of mathematics. He is, at least, eighty years old; he was already in the USA when I was at elementary school at Lagos (1960s). I have actually not seen him physically but he read some of my articles and called me and we talk. Like many Nigerians who read my stuff he thinks that I am old, I suppose that my writing is what is expected from older people. Anyway, this man talks to me as if I am in his age bracket (last week one such Nigerian asked me if a chap he reads at Facebook is my son; the chap is actually my junior brother!).
Recently, my retired mathematics professor friend has become possessed by desire to build several houses in his native Igbo land. He lives on meagre retirement income in the USA. He literally sends all his pension money, plus whatever his two sons contribute to him, to folks in Nigeria to build houses.
I ask him why he is doing it and he said that he wants to leave a legacy for his children. His children were born in the USA and grew up here and do not go to Nigeria and will probably never live in Nigeria; folks are drowning in the Mediterranean Sea trying to leave Nigeria and this man thinks that his adult children in their forties would go live in Nigeria. This is delusional thinking.
He has already built a mansion in his village. Why all these other rental properties he is now building?
I gave what he is doing some thinking. The man senses that he is now living for nothing, that death is knocking at the door and he wants to feel like he is doing something important.
I tend to have the ability to tell when people will die. I sense that death is around the corner for him. His voice is like the voice of an old man, he barely makes sense anymore; he is forgetful, showing signs of senility; this morning he called me (he generally calls more than two times daily) and I picked up the phone and said Hi Doctor; he began talking to me as if he is talking to his friend at New York; I did not correct him for I wanted to assess his mental status: verdict onset of dementia.
The lesson I learned from him is that folks ought to have a purpose that they are living for; that purpose must give meaning to their lives; when a man has no purpose to live for he dies.
Borrowing from Wole Soyinka, the man dies when he lives for nothing other than eat food and have sex,
As for me, I believe that I am doing an important work by explaining human psychology, spiritual and secular, not the rubbish the West gave to us. As long as I have this purpose and feel like I am useful to evolution I plan to hang around. If it takes another sixty years to accomplish my task I will be around to do it. But the moment I feel like I am just like an animal and eating food just to survive I am out of here.

For example, you become a fool not because someone called you a fool but because you accepted their calling you a fool and doing things to prove that their branding you a fool was right!

THE MASKS OF GOD*
GOD IN THE GUISE OF SON OF GOD, HOLY SPIRIT AND EGO
Ozodi Osuji
One God, one self, one life has four masks, four guises it wears: as God, as the son of God, as the Holy Spirit and as the ego.
God (Igbo Chi-ukwu) we cannot know anything about him on earth, in the world of separation.
As the son of God (Igbo Chi-neke, God the creator) he creates sons of God and sleeps and forgets his real self as God the son and in his dream dreams the world of separated selves, space, time and matter, the temporal universe.
As the Holy Spirit (Igbo Chi) he teaches the fragmented aspects of him in the temporal universe, egos to forgive and love each other so as to have a happy dream.
As the Ego (Igbo Manu) he seeks specialness, and separation; the ego self now housed in body and living in space, time and matter.
One God is all four masks, four guises of the same God. Each appears to be different from others but they are one self-acting in all four guises.
The goal is for the self in the dream: the ego separated self, to realize that it is the son of God, the Holy Spirit and God, acting in different roles.
There is only one self, God and each of us is he.
God as the transcendent God, God the father, does not know that this world of separation exists; God as the son of God, too, does not know about this world, for it is sleeping and projected this world out into its dream; if it knows that this world exists then it wakes up and knows that it is God; its sleeping mind, thinking is dreaming this world; God the Holy Spirit knows itself as God, son of God and also sees the ego self it projected into the dream.
The Holy Spirit sees the silliness of the ego and tries to correct it; that is, one (me, you) tries to correct his ego silliness for one is the son of God, is the Holy Spirit, the ego and is God. But in one state one does not know about the others.
The Holy Spirit is the only state that knows about the three other states of God (God, son of God and ego).
The above explanation is similar to Shankara’s explanation of how one God is in many guises. He wrote in the eight century of our common era. Helen Schucmn, in A course in miracles pretty much said the same thing.
PSYCHOSIS AND CLAIMING TO BE GOD
If you have worked with the mentally ill, aka psychotics, especially if you have worked at psychiatric hospitals, you probably have run into psychotics who claimed to be God.
The schizophrenic may claim to be God and if another schizophrenic in the same hospital also claims to be God, the two of them may fight, each trying to prove that he is God.
People with bipolar affective disorder, in manic phase sometimes also claim to be God; however, they are more likely to claim to be a human being with outstanding qualities, such as claim to be Jeff Bezos, the richest man on earth or claim to be a famous musician etc.
In psychosis folks seek ego grandiosity. Therefore, it may be a sign of mental illness for one to claim to be God.
I found it necessary to make these observations for a Nigerian guy told me that he is God. He cited the gospel of John chapter 14 (see below) in which Jesus said that God is in him and he is in God and that his disciples are in him and him in them.
I told the gentleman that the interpretation one inferred from the said passage is that we are all in God and God is in us.
Jesus had also said that his disciples would do great works, even greater than he did. The Nigerian guy told me that that is not the correct interpretation; he said that Jesus was referring specifically to him as in God, not all people. I told him that that is not what I read. He got angry at me for doubting him. (psychotics get angry at you if you challenge their grandiosity). He said that all of us cannot be God for we do not have God’s omnipotent power and that Jesus and he have it.
I asked him what omnipotent power he has. He said that he has it but is waiting to manifest it. I asked whether he should not wait until he actually manifested it before he claims to have it.
Let me cut through the chase. The gentleman in question has delusion disorder, grandiose type. His ego wishes to be as powerful as God allegedly is. That is, he is seeking superiority through claiming to be God. If he is sane he would say that all of us are God.
I decided not to argue with him; in delusion disorder the individual has systematized belief in what is false and no rational feedback would make him give it up, so it is better not to argue with a deluded person.
I decided to take another tact. I explained Hinduism to him. In Hinduism there is God called Brahman. God extended his self to Atman (we are supposed to be Atman). Atman, the son of God and Brahman is one shared self. We went to sleep and forgot our true identify and now see ourselves as separated ego selves, called Ahankara.
The entirety of Hinduism, Buddhism and Zen and Taoism is meant to help us give up our identification with the ego, ahankara so as to experience our true self, Atman, who is one with God.
Occasionally, a Hindu, while in meditation, goes through Moksha, breaks through the Maya spell of our selves being ego and come to realize that he is Atman, one with God. He has that experience in Samadhi (Buddhist Nirvana, Zen Satori). Thereafter, he is said to be God realized or self-realized.
A God realized person has experienced his oneness with God. He now knows that he is eternal, permanent and changeless, at the spirit level not body-ego level. He is now very peaceful (he has attained Ananda). In his presence you feel peace. Some of them acquire spiritual powers (Rajas) and can heal people but that is not necessary for God realization.
The Nigerian guy has not studied spirituality other than read the bible. His delusion disorder led him to say that he is God and that the rest of us are not God. A true mystic would say that all of us, at the spiritual level, are God.
I felt a need to explain this stuff least folks go about claiming to be God. In the temporal universe you are an ego separated self. With effort you can allow yourself to be guided by the Holy Spirit; that is, forgiveness and love. If you do, occasionally, you see your ego disappear and you feel one with God (Christians call it mystical oneness with God).
Before that experience one should not go about saying that one is God. If you so claim, mental health professionals may deem you mentally ill; they have the authority to place you involuntarily into psychiatric hospitals.

Jesus Comforts His Disciples
14 “Do not let your hearts be troubled. You believe in God[a]; believe also in me. 2 My Father’s house has many rooms; if that were not so, would I have told you that I am going there to prepare a place for you? 3 And if I go and prepare a place for you, I will come back and take you to be with me that you also may be where I am. 4 You know the way to the place where I am going.”
Jesus the Way to the Father
5 Thomas said to him, “Lord, we don’t know where you are going, so how can we know the way?”
6 Jesus answered, “I am the way and the truth and the life. No one comes to the Father except through me. 7 If you really know me, you will know[b] my Father as well. From now on, you do know him and have seen him.”

8 Philip said, “Lord, show us the Father and that will be enough for us.”
9 Jesus answered: “Don’t you know me, Philip, even after I have been among you such a long time? Anyone who has seen me has seen the Father. How can you say, ‘Show us the Father’? 10 Don’t you believe that I am in the Father, and that the Father is in me? The words I say to you I do not speak on my own authority. Rather, it is the Father, living in me, who is doing his work. 11 Believe me when I say that I am in the Father and the Father is in me; or at least believe on the evidence of the works themselves. 12 Very truly I tell you, whoever believes in me will do the works I have been doing, and they will do even greater things than these, because I am going to the Father. 13 And I will do whatever you ask in my name, so that the Father may be glorified in the Son. 14 You may ask me for anything in my name, and I will do it.
Jesus Promises the Holy Spirit
15 “If you love me, keep my commands. 16 And I will ask the Father, and he will give you another advocate to help you and be with you forever— 17 the Spirit of truth. The world cannot accept him, because it neither sees him nor knows him. But you know him, for he lives with you and will be[c]

22 Then Judas (not Judas Iscariot) said, “But, Lord, why do you intend to show yourself to us and not to the world?”
23 Jesus replied, “Anyone who loves me will obey my teaching. My Father will love them, and we will come to them and make our home with them. 24 Anyone who does not love me will not obey my teaching. These words you hear are not my own; they belong to the Father who sent me.
25 “All this I have spoken while still with you. 26 But the Advocate, the Holy Spirit, whom the Father will send in my name, will teach you all things and will remind you of everything I have said to you. 27 Peace I leave with you; my peace I give you. I do not give to you as the world gives. Do not let your hearts be troubled and do not be afraid.
28 “You heard me say, ‘I am going away and I am coming back to you.’ If you loved me, you would be glad that I am going to the Father, for the Father is greater than I. 29 I have told you now before it happens, so that when it does happen you will believe. 30 I will not say much more to you, for the prince of this world is coming. He has no hold over me, 31 but he comes so that the world may learn that I love the Father and do exactly what my Father has commanded me.
“Come now; let us leave.

WHY BIAFRA.
A lot of people have been hot under the collar advocating for restructuring of Nigeria and or for a President of Igbo ethnic stock. None that I am aware of has made a detailed and compelling case to buttress their position.
This is a short writeup to make the case, once more, for Biafra.
The reasons are not limited to the points stated here under but can be included to many more that others can add to.
The people were never consulted nor took part in the amalgamation agreement of 1914.
The Royal Niger company forced itself on the people.
The Fulani incursion into Nigeria was not to integrate with the indegenous people but to overwhelm them, drive them out and forcefully take over their land. This is no longer anecdotal or speculative but is happening as we speak.
Building a nation was never the agenda of any of the past rulers of the country rather they catered to religious and or sectional interests with the result that, after more than 100 years of cohabitation, there is still overt enmity among the various groups.
Biafrans are being retarded being forced to compete with the Fulani. They want to be free to compete with the best in the world. They need to be challenged: see what they were able to achieve by the challenge of the civil war. Can you imagine where they would be now if they were allowed to compete. A good athlete improves his game by competing with better opponents.
Biafra is blessed with wonderful climate, a land mass 100% of which is usable. Left on their own, they can quickly find a solution to the erosion that is making some land unusable.
Biafra is not landlocked, apart from known and existing access to the sea there are deep water channels that extend into the heart land that are waiting to be developed!!
The land mass can comfortably accommodate and sustain her population and she will not be among the most densely populated in the world.
There is abundance of natural resources that will help to sustain her people and give them a decent standard of living that can compare with any in the world
I am saving the best for the last and that is an abundance of human resources; that is, hard working, highly motivated, competitive and well educated that is the envy of any serious investor. Biafra is yearning to repatriate the thousands, if not millions of her citizens that are being abused, maltreated and misused in foriegn lands.
Almost $20 billion is an assured amount that will flow into the revenue of Biafra annually, courtesy a strong diaspora contingent!!!
Biafra could be the “shining city on the hill” that will attract other progressive and serious states to join in the liberation of the black race. Nigeria was once the hope of the black race but she has successfully turned into the disgrace of the black race. I say this with deep sadness but with the realization that she has too many hurdles to overcome. The design of the Fulani in Nigeria is no longer a secret. They hold 90%- 95% of the power in the country and the prospect of any meaningful change in the distant future is very doubtful.
Wake up Folks, let us do it. It is doable. All you need is to use your brain and change your mindset.

THE TRANSFORMATION OF THE EGO: FROM SON OF MAN TO SON OF GOD
Ozodi Thomas Osuji
To transform is to change. To change something you must know what it is that you are changing and what you want to change it to.
First, you have to know the truth of your present ego state, say, your desire for total power and perfection that no human being can have.
Second, you have to deliberately and voluntarily let your old ego self-concept, self-image and personality go. You should not do it under duress. You have to do it voluntarily. This change must be your choice.
THE EGO SPEAKS FIRST AND THE HOLY SPIRIT SPEAKS SECOND
In every situation you enter your ego wants to be the first to show up, think and talk. Now keep quiet and do not think or say anything from the perspective of the ego. The ego is noise making so ignore making its noise.
If you are called on to speak then let your higher self, the Holy Spirit, the part of you that is in touch with God, our real self, speak for you. He will always speak from love and forgiveness (overlooking your and other people’s egos).
When you consistently speak from your higher self, the Holy Spirit you are physically and mentally calm and healthy. You are now living from the relative truth (the absolute truth is in unified state, heaven but as long as you are in the world of separation, space and time you can only approximate the truth but not live the truth hence the term relative truth) and no longer denying the truth by juxtaposing your ego’s need to be God.
You have now accepted that you are the son of God, not God himself, although you have power but your power is derived from God, not self-given power.
WHEN YOU LET THE EGO GO YOU STILL HAVE A UNIQUE SELF
People tend to think that if they do not speak from the ego that they would be push over and the egoistic people of this world would ride roughshod over them. That is not true.
If you had a grandiose ego now you are a powerful son of God, the Christ who speaks from God’s power; no one is more powerful than the person who speaks from God’s power, the person who speaks the truth of our oneness. In ego identification you really are powerless although you fancy yourself to have power.
Look at the extremely egoistic people you know and ask: are they involved in trying to bring about social change; they mostly stay on the side lines and while there nurse their grandiose egos and in the meantime do nothing to improve the world.
THE SON OF GOD CONSTRUCTED OUR SELF-CONCEPTS AND THE PHYSICAL UNIVERSE
My sense of I, my self-concept, self-image and personality was constructed by my real self, the son of God; he constructed my ego and body; he is not the me that is on earth, he merely projects his self into a physical self, the ego while he remains as part of God’s unified spirit self.
There is another me, the real me. The real me is the son of God. There is God, God is one and extended his self to infinite sons of God. One of the sons of God is me, another is you.
God is eternal, permanent and changeless; in God we are eternal, changeless and permanent.
We are infinite selves in one God self. All of us are unified with all of us and with God. In God we are equal and the same, there is no superiority or inferiority in God. In God there is no space, time and matter. We are one self.
God and his sons can be fitted into a particle (which is trillion times smaller than the period at the end of this sentence). In that small size is all of us.
That particle, God is in you and in all sons of God and you and all creation is in that God particle. God is in all of us and we are in him. There is nowhere that God is not, for God is everywhere and everywhere is in God.
I employed the idea of particle to make the point of how small God and his sons are in size. In actuality there is no size for God and his sons. I am transposing earthly categories of size to God. God and his sons have no size; they are the ideas of whole and parts; they are everywhere; you cannot see them, or you can say that you can see them in everything. God is in you, otherwise you cannot see him apart from you, me, animals, trees, everything.
DESIRE FOR SUPERIORITY AND SEPARATION TO GO SEEK IT
In the world of unity called God entered the desire, thought that each of God’s sons could separate from him and go create his self and create other sons of God. This desire for self-creation is desire for power.
We have already been created and cannot create ourselves and cannot separate from God and other people since they are all inside us and we are in them.
MAYA/ILLUSION
We wanted to kill God and usurp his power of creation and use it to create ourselves. God is eternal so we cannot kill him. What we then did was to put ourselves in sleep, Maya, and in it dream that God is dead and that each of us is now separated from God and other creations of God.
We evolved a universe of space, time and matter (all took place in a second but we can say fourteen billion years). We evolved the universe from the Big Bang to the present (all in a second…God’s second is trillions of our years).
When we felt that body can handle our minds, our thinking we made it seem like we are now in bodies. We now seem to be born in bodies and live in bodies. We are born on earth, and see ourselves in bodies.
Bodies can be healthy or sickly; they grow up, age and die. Thus, we struggle to avert death of our bodies so as to live long.
WE WOULD LIKE TO BELIEVE THAT BODY DETERMINED OUR THINKING
In bodies we make it seem like body and the universe of space, time and matter determined our thinking hence the philosophy of materialism. The West says that matter determined mind and it seems true for we do not see mind apart from matter, body.
In Alfred Adler’s psychological categories, those born into weak and sickly bodies tend to feel inferior and compensate with desire to seem superior. They become what Adler called neurotics; they have an insatiable desire to seem superior in everything that human beings do. They want to become Numero Uno in all activities.
No one can be number one in all activities so they cannot possibly be superior to all people. If they suspect that they are not good in any activity they feel that they are not powerful and perfect and that other people will see them as not powerful and perfect.
To avoid been seen as powerless and imperfect they quit activities that they are not very good at. Some quit schooling, and or sports, socializing with other people, having paid jobs, having relationships.
In any of those activities they could fail and become not powerful and not perfect so they avoid them and people. In withdrawal from society they retain a false sense of power and perfection.
MY STORY
I was born in a problematic body. I felt totally inferior in my body; I did not like to seem inferior. I restituted with desire to seem superior. I pursued superiority in everything that I did. I must be number one in all activities. The prospect of being second to other people annoyed me.
I was filled with fear of failing and making mistakes. I was not good at sports or even schooling. I contemplated dropping out of elementary schooling to avoid not being first in my class. I felt totally humiliated when other boys did better than I did. To fail and make mistakes made me feel inferior and I did not want to seem inferior. So I wanted to drop out of school.
Another part of me realized that those ruling our world went to universities so how could I drop out of elementary schooling; I stayed at school.
As a child I often flew into rage. If another kid did what made me feel diminished, small I felt angry and asked him who the hell he thought that he was. I had a grandiose sense of self that felt itself as ought to be better than all human beings; if you did what made me feel small I felt angry at you. I often avoided people and in social isolation retained my false sense of power and perfection.
At school I suffered silently when other boys did better than me. At the university when I did not make an A grade I felt angry at me and at the professor. On the job I wanted to be the best worker and if I was not doing well I felt angry at me. I was a hard worker, no doubt about that (four years after graduate school I was the executive director of a government agency). My motivation was to be the best worker and resented whoever was better than me.
In general society I wanted to be superior to other people. Although I am not in politics I feel superior to all the so-called leaders of society. For example, I consider President Donald Trump as not even good enough to be around me.
I considered religions ministers quacks and have no use for them. I am impressed by Jesus Christ and Gautama Buddha but at no point felt that they are superior to me. I could not call them lord, savior etc. Indeed, I could not see God as superior to me.
I wanted to be superior to God and all teachers of God and certainly to all people.
I had a grandiose ego; I had a wish for delusion disorder but was not deluded for whereas I desired power and perfection I did not feel like I already had them.
The deluded person (delusion disorder, schizophrenia, paranoid type, manic person) has belief that he is his wished for grandiose self and acts as such, and since no one is better than other people lives in the world of fantasy.
I wished to be deluded, to be grandiose but know that I am not even better than a fly. Like the fly I will die and my body decay so I did not believe that I am important and have worth, I wanted to have importance and worth but knew that I do not have them.
Nevertheless, my desired ego sought superiority and if you dared treat it as if you do not see it as important, it felt angry at you. In anger I will tell you that you are beneath me, and call you a monkey and generally say what puts you in a degraded place.
For example, when white folks make me angry I tell them that they are sub human beings, not worthy of my time. I feel like they are an inferior race. It is because they do not love but exploit people.
For now I am establishing the problem of desiring a grandiose ego. The problem must be understood before one decides to let it go. When one understands that one is pursuing the chimera of grandiose ego and make a choice to not seek it one relapses to having no ego separated self, to awareness that one is the son of God.
One denies desired grandiose ego and replaces it with the truth of one’s real self, the son of God. In the awareness that one is the son of God who is in God and God is in one, one experiences peace. One is now saved from the ego and lives quietly.
WHATEVER HAPPENED TO ME I DID TO ME
Whatever had happened to you had to happen to you. You asked for whatever happened to you. You invited people that did good or bad to you and they did it. You invited those who discriminated against you to do so. You want to experience discrimination.
Blaming other people for your fate is a waste of time for you are responsible for whatever has happened to you and whatever you have experienced in your life. If you want to change your present and future you have to change your pattern of thinking and behavior. If you do not want white discrimination then start your own work organization and employ you and other people, stop putting yourself in positions where you are discriminated against and stop bitching and moaning about what other people did to you.
NEUROSIS/PERSONALITY DISORDERS
Let me differentiate neurosis, aka personality disorder from psychosis, mental disorder (such as schizophrenia, delusion disorder and mania).
In neurosis, aka personality disorder you desire to be treated as a socially important person and when other people do not treat you as if you are important you feel angry at them and ask them who the hell they think that they are and where do they get off treating you as if you do not matter.
The neurotic, also called personality disordered person, wishes for power he does not have but knows that he does not have it.
The psychotic believes that he already has power and perfection.
That is the distinction between neurosis and psychosis. The neurotic wishes for what he does not have; the psychotic believes that he has what no human being can have.
In one you have wish for power but do not have it and that wish distorts your thinking and behaviors; in the other you falsely believe that you have power and since it is not true you live outside normalcy, you live in fantasy land.
DELUSION/PSYCHOSIS
Here, you believe that you are powerful and do not mind whether other people treat you as powerful or not. In fact, they may treat you as totally powerless and it does not bother you for you are not looking for other people to affirm your power; you simply assume that you have power (perfection, intelligence and other attributes that mad men claim to have). The psychotic has certainty that he is powerful, rich or God.
DISCUSSION
One is not a victim that other people victimized and determined. One with other people determined who one is.
I chose the circumstances that I was born into; I chose my problematic nobody to use it to construct my ego separated self-concept, self-image and personality.
The I that did the choosing is the son of God in me, the part of me who while remaining in God chose to separate from God and dream that he is on earth. The son of God chose the ego self to replace his real self with it. The ego self-concept is a replacement and substitute self for the son of God.
The son of God in me chose whatever situation I have found myself in. He did everything that I have seen happen to me. If other people are involved, the sons of God in them chose with the son of God in me; the sons of God act in concert, in tandem. What I chose to experience they help me experience and what they want to experience I help them experience.
I am not a victim; no one outside of me is my victimizer. I did it all to me. I have no external person to blame for my status. I did it to me.
What I did to me I can undo!
Salvation is undoing what one did to one. One chose to kill God and unable to do so one went to sleep and dream a world in which one invented ones ego separated self and do what one do in the world of space, time and matter that one invented. I did it all to me and you did it all to you.
Now, I must undo what I did; I must let go of my quest for the grandiose ego and awaken to my true self, the formless son of God and on the road to home pass through the world of light forms where I see our world remade in light forms and finally awaken in formless unified heaven.
WHAT IS THE SOLUTION: DO NOT DESIRE POWER AND SEPARATION FROM GOD
Since the cause of the existence of this world is desire to kill God and usurp his power and replace him; an impossibility but now seemingly satisfied in a dream state, in fantasy; the solution is to have no desire for power over God and people, to not separate from God and to allow the Holy Spirit, love and forgiveness to guide ones every thinking and behavior; in effect, one must desire to return to heaven, to the state of oneness, God.
One must have no ego separated self, big or small; but in as much as one already has it in body, one must allow the Holy Spirit to guide one; one must jettison one’s desire to do anything by ones power and do only what the Holy Spirit, ones higher self, love and forgiveness guides one to do.

Someone finally grew two balls to call out the Fulanis; like we always did!GETTING TO THE TIPPING POINTAdeyemi Adefulu, MFRI saw the demonstrations by the Yorubas in London on Saturday 11th September calling for the carving of Oduduwa Republic out of Nigeria. It is a reflection of the sobering state of the nation and the melancholy which has surrounded her. Today, it is clear even to the blind that the centre cannot hold and that, once again we are on the tipping point.Put very bluntly, the Nigerian experiment has not worked. It has been an unmitigated disaster failing to live up to its promise in every respect. We have become a failed nation with a constantly failing leadership. Our leaders have not worked hard at making it work.We never behaved as if we have any realization that welding a multi-ethnic society into a nation was a serious business. The Nigerian experiment was always laced by a pre conceived ethnic goals of domination by the Fulani which long preceded the amalgamation of 1914. Conquest and territorial acquisition was always their goal. That ambition has never altered.Right from the beginning the British were active collaborators of the Fulani in the latter’s quest for domination. They adopted the indirect rule of the Fulani in the North and actively worked for the realisation of the Fulani suzerainty over Nigeria. At independence they left many mines planted. Several ex colonial administrators have confessed to this effect. Census was rigged to always give them an advantage. The military was used to subvert the 1960 negotiated federal constitution and to consolidate the Fulani hold on power. When Gowon and his ilk took power in July 1966, they announced that “there was no basis for Nigerian unity” and were obviously going to divide the country. The British hushed them up. The military proceeded to alter the weak centre to a very strong one. The Fulani never shared a desire to work for the emergence of one nation with guaranteed rights and opportunities for all citizens. The union was always convoluted and skewed towards the domination by the Fulani ethnic group. With other strong tribes making up the union, conflict was always a matter of time. We saw that playing out during the civil war which consumed three million years lives but we learnt nothing from that tragic experience . Indeed,we have committed more terrible errors than the ones that led to the civil war.To make matters worse, the resources of the country have been mismanaged wantonly in a rent seeking cronyism centered around economy dominated by the public sector. Economic privileges were distributed to enrich the elite and impoverish the poor even further. All calls for the reform of the constitution and governance have been ignored or sabotaged. Nigeria is a country which doesn’t learn from its errors. Rather we persist in them. While Saudi Arabia and the United Arab Emirates have profited from western education, to the rabid and demented zealot and wretched of the earth western education is “haram”.The Nigeria has been a drag to the Yoruba nation, a great liability. The Yoruba people are a liberal, progressive, peace loving, hardworking, creative, accomodating, people who believe in the virtues of hard work, education, technological advancement, which Nigeria has checkmated. They would never have imagined their country becoming the poverty capital of the world. All the quest of the Yoruba for Nigeria to embrace the egalitarian philosophy which will lead to the unlocking of the potentials of Nigeria have been resisted and frustrated. Chiefs Obafemi Awolowo, MKO Abiola and many other people died in the pursuit of a better Nigeria. Their efforts were frustrated and sabotaged. All the calls for reform were similarly frustrated. The Fulani fully dominate the public service, security services, business policies, the judiciary etc. They control the police and have an army of occupation all over Nigeria. They control the ports and the internal revenue architecture and the NNPC. They control the oil wells while the people of the delta only live with and bear the brunt of pollution of oil exploration. They take advantage of the quota system when convenient and jettison it when they like. The sharing of the national revenue has been skewed the way they want it, in favour of the North. The Fulani have maintained a stranglehold on Nigeria power structure. No one can be anything in this country, unless it is by their desire and endorsement. Only their cronies can. This was a lesson MKO Abiola learnt too late. It is a hegemonic order, a stranglehold on the entire nation for which they have no apologies . The desperate quest of the Fulani which they have pursued for nearly 200 years is permanent and unchangeable. It is a jihad, a quest for conquest. It has no middle road. To them, Nigeria is their inheritance which they must wholly dominate and use as they like. The extreme and absolute position of the Fulani presents the Nigerian nation and other ethnic groups, particularly, the Yoruba, with a frustrating and desperate dilemma to either submit to slavery or fight for their independent existent. It’s a choice they would have wished they didn’t have to make. But the Yoruba never surrender. But Nigeria as presently constituted threatens all the Yoruba stand for and leaves them with no choice but to resist. It is obvious from all the flash points all over Nigeria that the time to salvage Nigeria is fast running out. Unfortunately, there’s no leadership with a vision or demonstrable will to salvage the sinking boat.In all of these things, I believe President Muhammadu Buhari, who had the unique chance to make a difference, has failed the nation and that history will be very harsh on him. I was one of those who, naively, believed that, given his long run at the Presidency, he had the opportunity to correct the wrongs of Nigeria. Having failed in his bid for the presidency on 3 previous occasions, it took the gamble of Bola Ahmed Tinubu to re-engineer his chances at gaining the long held ambition by forging what many thought was a risky alliance. You would have thought that this will not only be reflected in the power sharing but also in the whole tone and bearing of the government. But this was a misplaced hope. Typically, PMB ran Nigeria with a cabal, just as he had done in the past and pursued highly pro-North policies, blatantly dominated the security command with northern officers and turning deaf ears to all complaints. Even as these officers have failed abysmally to uphold the nation’s security, nothing has changed. PMB has left no one in doubt that the sceptics who said he will pursue the Fulani agenda were right. The support of the Yoruba for him yielded little and has not resulted in his releasing some of the draconian central hold on power. Those who understand geo politics know that the Fulani never owe anyone.Even the lion of Bourdillon, Bola Ahmed Tinubu, with all the cat and mouse games he has endured these past 7 years, will appear to have been left holding on to the wrong end of the stick and no matter how hard he tries to give the impression that all was well, the discerning know all was not well. PMB is a strategy gone awry and Bola is now locked in the fight for his political life. PMB is no nation builder and will never attain to the stature of an Ataturk, a statesman , a unifier, the father of the nation . If he ever had any ambition, National heroism was not part of it. He is, obviously, content with being no more than the champion of the conclave of Daura. While the barbaric hold of the Fulani is against the cause of human history and modernity, it is, arrogantly, not going to beat a retreat. The dissolution of countries is nothing new. Most of the federations which existed at the time of Nigerian independence all over the world have been dissolved. So what makes the Federation of Nigeria sacrosanct ? But, let there be no illusion, the dissolution of Nigeria is not going to be a walk in the park. It’s going to be a long and bloody battle. It’s going to be a long struggle calling for severe political, diplomatic, military leadership and acumen. This will not be an opportunistic struggle or a quick win. This struggle calls for soldiers who will endure being in the trenches in very testy weather for a long time. But the intolerable state we are in is breeding discontent n extremism. These are not good signs. Already the security forces are stretched. Things are so charged now that Nigeria could easily be enveloped in widespread war. I pray and hope not. But those who pray must watch and do the needful. Eternal vigilance is the price of liberty. And as a sage once said, “those who make peaceful change impossible will make violent change inevitable.”Finals

WHITE PSYCHOMETRICIANS WHO SAID THAT AFRICANS ARE NOT INTELLIGENT ARE THE MOST UNINTELLIGENT PERSONS ON PLANET EARTH, AND HERE IS WHY
Ozodi Thomas Osuji
When I was at college the academic airwaves was filled with such ideas as black people scoring lowest on Intelligence tests and on the scholastic aptitude tests. Educational psychologists like Arthur Jensen was all over the place, television included telling us how blacks on his IQ tests (such as Stanford Binet and Wechsler Adult Intelligence Scales and Wechsler Intelligence scales for children, WAIS and WISC) scored 15 points below white folks; they usually do not tell their listeners the actual scores because they deliberately want to leave it vague to plant the idea that black folks are dumb, which is their objective. (If you press them they tell you that on IQ tests white average IQ is 100 and Blacks average IQ is85 and on the SAT whites’ average score is 1150 and blacks average score is 850 out of 1600 points).
They made their deceptive argument that based on these tests no black student can qualify to attend first class American colleges and at best would gain admission to third rate schools that are not academically rigorous.
When I read Charles Murray (a political scientist) and Richard Herrnstein’s Bell Curve they made the same argument as Jensen. I felt a need to respond to them but decided that they are fools and it is a waste of one’s time responding to what fools wrote. Thus, I desisted from entering the fray and allowed them to have the arena to themselves and preach to themselves all they want. I knew that they were not scientists but mere propagandists for white superiority; they were telling their white race that they are superior to black folks and at the same time telling the black race, those who cared to listen to them, anyway, that they are inferior to white folks.
They provided data and statistics to prove their claim; statistics, every person knows, can be used to prove any point one wants to make.
So, third rate white psychologists, or whatever they called themselves, wrote the tests and used the tests they wrote to test Africans? Right there is hubris, a monumental arrogance. It presupposes that they already assume their superiority to Africans. Who exactly gave them the right to test Africans? Did Africans do so? Of course not; they arrogated that right to themselves.
They are psychopaths; the personality profile of a typical psychologist is sociopath; they are on the prowl looking for ways to persuade their African victims to accept their governing them.
As an apriori, I do not accept any test designed by non-Africans for such tests do not understand the African world and therefore cannot test Africans.
In case you think that I am merely being ego defensive, let me tell you that I had British styled secondary school and my results on both the GCE O level and GCE A level were mostly As hence qualified me for entry to Oxford or Cambridge University, on merit.
I am not one who makes excuses for black people, especially Africans. I am everywhere excoriating Africans for not governing themselves well; I refuted their excuses of neocolonialism, what Europe did to keep them backward. I simply do not make any excuses for me or for other people. If I have a problem I try to solve it and if I cannot solve it I live with it. I do not like finger pointing, blaming other people for my issues.
That notwithstanding, here are some facts for us to ponder. Until the twentieth century, just a hundred years ago, most Africans were not reading and writing.
The first Western type school in my town, Owerri, was in the beginning of the twentieth century (around 1906). Prior to that date nobody in our area read or wrote. Africans did not read or write.
Why didn’t Africans read and write? I do not know why they did not discover writing (Englishmen and Germans did not discover writing, either; Greeks and Romans taught them writing and Greeks were taught writing by Egyptians).
The Chinese and Hindus have been writing for four thousand years. Please note that fact. Europeans may be said to have been writing for almost two thousand years. But Africans have been reading and writing for only one hundred years.
In fact, in many parts of Africa most people alive do not have parents who could read and write; in many instances contemporary Africans are the first to go to elementary school and that was the most education they attained.
To be considered to have come from a people who read and write one must read and write; ones parents must read and write; ones grandparents must read and write; and one’s great grandparents must read and write. In effect, ones people must have been reading and writing for, at least, two hundred years.
It takes at least two hundred years for something to become a culture for a people.
In the Americas Africans were brought there about five hundred years ago. Their white slave masters made every effort to make sure that they did not read and write.
The first batch of black Americans to start reading and writing did so after the civil war in 1865. That is about 175 years ago.
African Americans cannot be said to have a reading and writing culture if two hundred years is what it takes for something to have taken root in a people.
On the average, black folks have been reading and writing for about one hundred and fifty years. Reading and writing therefore is not yet part of their culture.
Africans do not have a body of literature written in their languages that is there that they grew up reading.
Hindus have Sanskrit literature of 4000 years; the Chinese have 4000 years literature in their language; Western Europeans have, at least, 1000 years literature in their languages.
My question is this: how can a people who learned to read and write only a hundred years ago compete with those who have been reading and writing for, at least, one thousand years?
Common sense tells me that it is stupid to expect a beginning swimmer to swim as well as a seasoned swimmer; therefore, it is actually very stupid for educational psychologists to harp on so called racial differences on Intelligence scores written on paper and aptitude tests written on paper (very few white kids can actually compete with Africans on things in the African world, especially if they are not written down on paper).
Misters Jensen, Murray and Herrnstein are fools, literal fools, not figurative fools. If it were possible for the idiots to live to the end of this century when Africans would have had two hundred years of written culture and reading they cannot compete with Africans. In fact, by the end of this century Africans would outperform Europeans and Americans in just about everything.
DISCUSSION
You may ask: how come Africans, on their own, did not discover writing and the wheel, the basis of civilization. My answer is that I do not know.
You may also ask how come Africans are scientifically and technologically backward relative to other races. Again, my answer is that I do not know.
However, as an African who is aware that the earliest human civilizations began around Africa (Egypt and Suma) I had asked how come their civilizations did not spread into interior Africa.
What exactly prevented Egyptians, 5000 years ago, from trying to discover the source of the Nile River, which would have taken them to Lake Victoria in East Africa, and from there they would have easily explored South Africa and then explored Central and Western Africa.
By the same token, I ask: what exactly prevented the Greeks and Romans who were in Egypt 2500 years ago from exploring interior Africa? Mosquitos?
There are as much mosquitos in Europe and North America as in Africa (may be different variety but mosquitos nevertheless).
Jared Diamond, in his book, Guns, Germs and Steel (1997) made a persuasive argument why civilization began among folks who had horses but not among those who had no access to horses. He somewhat persuaded me but I would rather accept that I do not know why there was no real civilization in Africa until Europeans brought their juvenile civilization to Africa in the late nineteenth century.
I call Europe’s civilization juvenile because if you take away Europeans science and technology they are primitive relative to Africans. As I see it, the ability to love and forgive is the highest indication of civilization. Africans are more loving and forgiving than white folks; it is their forgiveness that will prevent them from seeking revenge on white folks when, as expected, in about two hundred years they take over the lead in world civilization.
CONCLUSION
From about 2000 to the present it became well known that Asians outperform white folks on academic matters. Their average IQ is 115; their average score on the SAT is 1250. America’s top twenty- five universities (Harvard, Stanford, MIT, Caltech, Yale, UCLA, Princeton, UC Berkeley etc.) usually admit students who scored, at least, 1450 on the SAT. If strict merit, scores on the SAT, were used to admit to these top American universities, at least, 60% of the students would be Asians. White students would have to be admitted on affirmative action (and they are already been admitted on affirmative action basis by factoring their nonacademic activities, such as leadership in the community, into making admission decisions).
Since it was discovered that Asians score 15 points higher than white folks on IQ tests, white educational psychologists, third rate scholars, have stopped making their bleeping noises about racial differences in intelligence.
Let white psychometricians tell us why Asians score higher than whites. I suspect that the reason is that Asians have had 4000 years of writing and reading culture and therefore are more prepared in reading and writing subjects.
I suspect that the true reason why Africans do poorly on tests such as the SAT and IQ is because they have not had a reading and writing culture for long; when they have had such culture long enough they would close the 15 points gap between them and white students.
In about a hundred years I doubt that there would be so-called racial differences in how folks score on these tests.
Of course, some persons will score at above average and gifted ranges (on IQ, scores of over 120 is considered above average, scores of over 132 is considered gifted; above average folks constitute our professionals such as medical doctors, engineers and professors whereas gifted persons constitute our artists and researchers in science).
