The DSS leadership should be brought to book and chastised for wasting public funds in pursuing a case they knew was a dud.

VM,

You're a dum dum!
The DSS (prosecution) closed the case and did not drop the case against El Rufai.
I stupidly allowed you to mislead me.

It is now up to him to commence his defence.

You don't even if understand what you read, yet you comment stupidly on them.

I previously wrote that this is a stupid case.
This government is very insecure, hence, chasing shadows. Sanusi is too busy supplying arms to terrorists that he cannot know if his phone is tapped let alone prove it:

"This Federal Government is very stupid.

The onus of proof is on them.

Can this Federal Government ever prove El-rufai tapped phone lines of NSA?

This is an idle, insecure government".

CA,

You're always inanely espousing incorrigibly silly deductions.

Why don't you go on tv in whatever state you're in out there in the US and claim you've been illegally tapping the phone of your state's equivalent of security adviser and see what will happen to you. Irrespective if the incumbent state government are paranoid or not.

Is Sanusi the one being charged or El Rufai? Are you on drugs or why have you got your wire so crossed and entangled?

For your information CA, the mantra is to expect the best but plan for the worst. Feeling too secure makes you complacent and factually insecure.
A slight sense of insecurity keep you alert and sharp.

CA, na WA for you o!

I note that you stopped shouting the praises of Trump in his misadventure in Iran. What do you say now about the peace MoU signed. Is it a victory lap or vanquished lap for the US and Donald Trump?
Was any stated military objective achieved? If no, that is a complete failure in most people's books!

Femi,
Your congenital rudeness is a reflection of your upbringing. You're always outraged by alternative, albeit, superior views.

I wrote and maintain that Trump's attack on Iran was correct. The initial strike, accomplished the objective and should have concluded the assault. That would have paved way for adapt diplomacy.

I also wrote that continuing the attack beyond 3 days was a strategic mistake. Every leader must make mistakes. Good leaders must have humility and empathy, to listen and reflect. That is why freedom of speech is an absolute necessity for vibrant/aroused democracy. Trump made a terrible mistake to allow Pakistan to host the negotiations. The moment, Pakistan was involved, I knew the outcome would be inimical to USA.

Pakistan is NOT USA's ally. The hunt for Osama Bin Ladin was sabotaged many times by Pakistan. They were tipping him off while extorting money from USA in vain search for him. Pakistan govt/military hid Bin laden in Abbottabad.

Parvez Musharraf knew Bin Laden's hideout because they hid him there. Obama was smart enough to sideline Pakistan, that's why he got Bin laden. If Trump wanted the negotiation to succeed, he would have included India and Afghanistan to join in the negotiations. That would have produced better outcome.

The dynamics of their enmity would have helped Trump in the negotiations with Iran. It could have also acted as a catalyst to resolved their differences.

The attack on Iran was necessary but the execution was flawed. You recall, I wrote that USA will attack Venezuela, make Panama, an offer they cannot refuse, negotiate or take Greenland? You laughed? Are you still laughing?

USA should leave NATO. It's a rogue, anti USA organization. The biggest swindle of the USA tax payer is the sponsorship of NATO. The only ally USA has in Europe is Britain, the rest are Nazi collaborators.

Tinubu is making a mistake in this mockery- trial of El Rufai. What can Tinubu ever gain politically in this dumb process? Nothing! Rather, this would cost him Northern votes. There is no case here, just a distraction/waste of time. At the end this government can never prove that El Rufai tapped Sanusi's phone. El Rufai should not even bother getting a lawyer. They would cross examine him: Did you tap Sanusi's phone? He would answer, Yes Sir, I did. They would ask: how did you do it? He should  respond: when I went to sleep I turned into an insect and flew into Sanusi's office, perched on the wall and heard all his phone conversation. That he listened to all Sanusi's conversations as an insect. He would then give instances of what he heard with time and dates (which are public record).

So, what will they do to him?
Tinubu's govt is chasing shadow on El Rufai's frivolous trial. You recall when Babangida arrested Tai Solarin for such similar outburst? He told them he heard in the Bus/molue. What did they do to him?

What El-Rufai said, as silly as it sounds, is free speech. Time will prove that!

Alagba Olajide, stop reading this Psychiatric product Vin Odebesilu and his useless igbos.

former governor of Kaduna State, Nasir El-Rufai, has spent at least 126 days in custody over charges bordering on alleged abuse of office, money laundering, and wiretapping, amidst difficulty in meeting what is described as “stringent bail conditions” given to him by different courts.”…..newstory.

Good morning Alagba Olajide.
Cyril Anyanwu is a typical Inyanmin who thinks Trump is his savior, and will liberate his Igbos from the claws of the bad big bird named Tinubu.
They prayed for Trump to go bomb AsoRock, instead the Yoruba man brainwashed Trump into bombing Zamfara and Sokoto.
Awon asinwin.
Igbos are the dumbest socially useless people on earth.
Anywhere they go people chase them out.
If it is possible Americans may end up chasing them out of US.
