There's no need to "bury" it in the agenda. Just put it first. The site recognizes URLs in agendas and makes them clickable. Also, I looked at your agenda, and it would probably be helpful if you mentioned that it's a video conferencing link, since it's not from a site (zoom, teams, etc) that people are likely to automatically know is video conferencing.
I guess we could add another field to the meeting page for hybrid URL, but I'm not sure that's got a lot of advantages over just having it listed at the top of the agenda. Also, a lot of the time, boards want to add some caveats around the use of the meeting link, so having it in the agenda gives them space for that.
But I'm certainly curious if other users think adding a dedicated field would be a good idea. It's not difficult at all. I'm mostly concerned about avoiding adding unnecessary complexity to the UX.
