Dear Friends,
Myself K.Y. Guruprasad , President of MYSURU NIVESHANAAKANKSHIGALA MATTU NIVESHANA VANCHITHATARA KSHEMABHIVRUDDI SANGHA  which is a forum to fight against issues related to Mysore Home Developer’s proposed RAJAJINAGAR layout at Mysuru..
After formation of forum in 2016 we  brought it to the notice of Media, Govt bodies by doing Dharana infront of DC office of Mysuru and wrote a letter to PM, CM etc and the case was referred to CCB.
Meanwhile after all these efforts from our end, Mr Syed Nizam Ali came forward to settle the things amicably. From last 6 years so many meetings happened between us. We are arround 160 members in our forum.
He settled the money of around 26 members as per the acceptance of members &  still others remaining are awaiting for positive end result.
In our form we have 3 category of members.
1. Khatha Aspirants.
2. Members Filed case against Mr Ali & Won at different levels like District, State, National Consumer Forum.
3. Members not filed the case.

Recently relinquish deed has been signed by Mr Ali, which is a positive move happened.
With this  we moved one step forward pertaining to Khatha issue.

 
On 15-09-2022 ( Day before yesterday ) Me & Mr Ali had a meeting to find out a proper solution to our forum members of all 3 categories . Hopefully we will give a good news to our Members in near future.
Hoping for getting solution as early.

Good to hear the updates Sir.  We have huge amount for 3 plots 50x80 stuck with him. We won in court but yet to receive the money. Hopefully, you can help us get this back? Has he mentioned how and when he plans to resolve?

Dear Guruprasad SIr,

Please advise what is next possible. I have 3 -50x80 plots money stuck. can we get this back somehow with your help from Nizam or plots instead?
