BUG(Windows): Changing a tab name by using the "Set up workspace..." dialog on dual screen systems

I hope it is OK to report a bug in that way.

I just found a small issue when working on windows systems with dual screen setup.

I moved my MLO window to the secondary display and tried to change the tab/workspace name by "Set up workspace..." dialogue. First I thought nothing happend but then I realized that the dialogue bubble opened on the primary screen.

I get this problem in almost every software I run on dual screen, so I wish Microsoft would have made it easy to do right
