How is the MLO support?

I'm seeing a lot of requests for help in this forum that have no replies from MLO.  I was considering purchasing this app, but because of the apparent lack of support, I'm not sure.  Can someone give me some reassurance?  Thanks in advance.

Hi Mark, thanks for raising this.

We do actively support MLO and respond to all inquiries sent to our official support channel at sup...@mylifeorganized.net. That’s where functionality questions, bug reports, and account-related issues get the fastest response from the team.

This forum is more of a community space, so responses here may be slower and are often from other users sharing their experiences. That said, we do monitor the forum and jump in when needed - including here 🙂

If you have any specific questions, feel free to ask them here or email us directly.

You don't need support from mlo anymore because you can just go on any AI app and it will guide you through it. That's what I did and I never came across something that I couldn't figure out very quickly with just AI..
