Windows Version 4.4.6 version small bug in task parsing

This occurs in the main app and in the rapid task entry window.

If you forget the ":" when typing a time reference the parsing is incorrect and inconsistent.

Call office and see if the appt can be changed to 11 tomorrow
The [am or pm, or : ] fogotten to be typed 

The item gets parsed to
Call office and see if the appt can be changed to
The item now has a timeless date entry of tomorrow, with the time reference text 11 deleted  

Call office and see if the appt can be changed to tomorrow 11
or have an entry that you mistakenly ask MLO to parse such as
Check if he will meet me at 7 

The item gets parsed with the number representing a month. So the "meet me a 7"  added today 12/28/17 becomes a timeless date entry with a date of July in the past 7/28/17.
