I am unable to sort one of my views by computed-score as all the computed-scores are shown as zero in the Task Statistics tab. I have the view set correctly to sort descending by computed-score, and my tasks have varying importance, urgency settings, etc.

I can see this has been raised here a number of times but don't see an answer, can somebody help?

By the way it works perfectly on my Android, the problem is in the Windows version, so I cannot get the correct task sequence on my PC.

Thanks!

All I can say is that from memory last time I raise the Computed-Score issues (about 1 year ago) everyone seemed to groan and imply that it simply didn't work and hadn't for some time.
I have to say that I found this to be extremely disappointing at that time.

That said I also found that if you have a large number of tasks (e.g. 100+) then Importance and Urgency can quickly become impossible to maintain, partly because the hotkeys were rubbish too...

Thanks John. Looks like we need to work around this one. I agree it might not be practical for a large number of tasks, but if one filters on a few it is cool and helpful to sort by computed score. Thankfully this works in the Android version.

I have discovered that switching the view to Active Items may make the computed scores appear. Then switching back to the original view (which in my case included hierarchies - sometimes it's nice to see the subtasks of your most urgent issues at top) presents the list in the right order. None of this is necessary on the Android! But the sort orders differ on the two platforms ... would be good if the views synchronized as well as the data!
