Hi,

I've setup MLO to Outlook sync. I've splitted my tasks & projects into folders Home and Work.
I've setup a special "Sync to Outlook" view with the rule TopLevelFolderName = "Work".
This view is selected in the Outlook Advanced option "Remove tasks from Outlook not visible"

However, whenever I mark a task/folder as a Project located in my "Home" folder it also syncs to Outlook... which I do not want. My Boss should not see my Home stuff.
The "Sync to Outlook" view doesn't show these 'home projects'... so I don't get why it doesn't remove them from Outlook....

I hope there's a solution, because this is a very valuable option of MLO professional that I would loose for my work.

Please help.

This has been solved by disabling the checkbox in Outlook Syn Advanced options "Assign MLO projects to this Outlook category only"

Thanks for posting this, Wim. I'm now feeling encouraged to try out Outlook sync as well.
