The "completed recently view" modified to include created date seems like a good start. The only time between field that I know of is the lead time, which is between start date and due date. However hovering over any date field will yield a pop-up w/ number of days ago, so you could do a little mental math to calculate days between.
option 2 (may be too much trouble). Exporting a view (to XML) and importing the XML file into Excel opens up more possibilities. Note the XML includes, start, due and completed dates, but not created or modified dates.
That is what comes to mind, not sure if its helpful

Sorry, the "lead time" field also seems to be only in the Windows
version.
On Android you could create a view that shows tasks completed in
the last nn day, where you specify the number of days. This way
you can define "recent" as you wish.
