Two thoughts.
First, you are experiencing acceptable MLO behavior from MLO for a period of time and then, without you changing versions, the behavior changes to something unacceptable. How could this happen? Thought, did you get to the end of the 45 day trial period and the software downgraded? I don’t recall anything in trial mode about limiting the number of subtasks, but this is the only thing I can think of that automatically downgrades after a period of time.
Second, is it possible that you are looking at a to-do list filtered by active tasks, and that your parent tasks have “complete subtasks in order” set? This setting would force the first available subtask under each such parent to be the only active subtask and therefore to be the only subtask visible in the view.
