Upgrade to v4

I am using MLO v3 since July 20 2011 ; I would like to migrate to version 4 but the free upgrade is available only if ordered on or after July 25th 2011.
 
So, for only 5 small days, I am requested to buy again your application!!!
 
Even with the 50% upgrade program, I feel unfair!

I asked for a commercial exception but the answer from the suuport is "The upgrade rules cannot be changed for anyone, sorry"

 

This is really unfair for only 5 days!

I was interested by the iPhone application and the cloud offer to link the windows version with my mobile. 
In such condition I will not go in this direction... and will probably find another solution...
 
It's pity to lose a cutomer for only 5 days!!!
 
Is it really impossible to make any commercial effort?

You are writing to the open forum. Most of the people you will meet here are users like yourself, who have no influence over pricing. From time to time someone from the MLO organization will contribute to this forum but in my opinion you are not likely to get much of a deal if you try to do your negotiating in public.
