Bear in mind that when you are adding tasks in a filtered view, each task you add is being inserted at some specific point in the outline. I don’t remember the rules and don’t have time to work them out right now (maybe another reader can help) but whenever you create a task it is either at the root, or the very top of the hierarchy, or else it has a parent. If you set up the parent with the context you want, under some circumstances the new task will inherit the context. Three ways a task can get created include (1) hit the insert button and type it in, (2) send it in through rapid task entry, (3) enter it elsewhere then use drag and drop to move it. I forget which of these ways causes context to be inherited.
Anyhow if you get this set up correctly, your new tasks will inherit contects. The inheritance will be from the parent and not from the view filter, but if you set it up right it can have the same result as what you want.
