How to hide older completed tasks (Newbie Question)

Hello, 

Please forgive the really basic question. I'm just setting up a new MLO file, and I'd like to use the 'Hide Completed Tasks' feature. I like the idea of the 'Old completed tasks hidden' option. However, I don't know how old a completed task has to be before it is hidden, and I can't seem to find that info anywhere in the help files. Googling brings up the option of setting how long a delay there is, but references an arrow next to the button to set the aging. I don't see that arrow on my version (4.3.3) and I can't find that setting in any of the menus.

It's completely possible I'm just missing it, but if so I'd appreciate if someone would point me to the right option.

Yea, I like this feature.  I like to see ones that have been completed recently so that they won't have to keep nagging the back of my consciousness; because I'll see that they're done.  Also it gives me a sense of accomplishment.  At the same time though, I don't want them cluttering my lists up forever...
