I've been experiencing the exact same issue as 小潘 described. After upgrading to MLO 6 on Windows and renewing my MLO Cloud subscription, the sync process started to fail. Just like 小潘, my Windows software doesn't sync, even though I can access the MLO Cloud website directly through a browser without any problems.
