Incorrect Start Dates

Hello All,
I noticed that there is something wierd happening with MLO on my Android phone. Somehow the task start dates are changing to a time in the future that I did not select. I am not sure what is causing this.
1. at 8AM this morning I created a task and select start date and time, Today at 9AM.
2. Turned on reminder and by default the reminder was selected as Today at 9AM as well, which is perfect.
3. At 9AM, I get the reminder but I didn't look at my phone.
4. at 11:49AM, I see that the task is not yet active because the Start Date & time is Today at 8:15PM. Reminder correctly says Today 9AM.
5. "Lock Period" was not selected on the task.
Any reasons why the start time I selected earlier today has changed to some random time today? Any ideas how to fix this issue?
