[REQUEST] [ANDROID] List item move mode > shift flag and star instead of replacing star

Consider adjusting how the drag and drop moving of list items works.

Right now, when enabling the move mode, the drag handle replaces the star icon, while the flag icon remains visible.

This somehow assumes, that star icon is somehow less important information that is not necessary while manually rearranging items. That's not true in my case.

 I would like to see BOTH flag and star when rearranging items in the list.
