How can I view the NUMERIC VALUE of the Importance and Urgency fields in a task list?

How can I view the NUMERIC VALUE of the Importance and Urgency fields in a task list? I can add the fields as columns, but it doesn't show the numbers, only things like normal, more, a lot, max.

I want more granularity.

There is no way to view the numerical value of the Importance and Urgency in a task list. You can only view it individually for each task in its "Properties" pane.
