I am now in Thailand but my computer with vee hive videos partly indexed is in China.

The coronavirus is screwing everything up. I will have to return to the US and not bring my computer.  I do have. Windows 7 computer there with a backup of all videos.

But none that have been allread indexed and cataloged.

In other words the cataloged videos are in China, and although I have all videos, some have been cataloged.

The videos I have Haven been cataloged, but I assume the computer in China has a database.

Can I catalog more? In other words, do the videos I have have a unique "stamp" that letsvme know they have already been cataloged?

If I catalog new videos can I merge the databases?

Or am I stuck?

I can download your software as I have key for pro version.

Any ideas? Database of cataloged videos is in China, but I will not have this, only all videos.

Hello Edward,

It's a bit hard to follow your post. Do you mean that you have an MLO outline which you use to catalogue videos? Why not just email the outline to yourself while you're still in China, so that you can open it on your Windows 7 laptop and continue cataloguing new videos in it?

If that doesn't work (maybe you've already left your laptop in China), then you could always continue cataloguing new videos in the USA, then export the new branches into your MLO outline in China when you get back to it.

Most importantly though, stay safe and healthy.
