Apps and Services link bar in taskbar not disabling

There is a MyLifeOrganized Apps and Services link list bar appearing in the app's taskbar. I can uncheck to make it go away, but it is popping back up in a day or so. How to disable it?

I do not need social media links in my MLO. In fact, for me I find it calls into question my privacy.

I agree. There should be an option to hide thuis forever.
