You can try the new MyLifeOrganized Release Candidate before we publish it as FINAL release.
What added: text filter, flag filter, find task references, filter in task selection dialog, hotkeys for actions in new window and more. The full change log:

According to our version control system more than 130 small and big "internal" changes have been added to MLO v.4.2.0 to improve the stability and user experience. There were 12 internal releases in private beta testing. And as always the beta team has done an excellent job proposing and testing the new features and fixes. Thank you!
