Cloud sync not accurate

I have MLO on both notebook and Android phone. Both sync to the cloud. Suddenly, I'm finding items in my Android MLO that have been checked as completed, or have been moved, on my notebook -- in other words, somehow the Android's sync to the cloud isn't really syncing. I've used both "test connection" and "reset sync" on my Android, and it's unchanged. 

Suggestions as to what else I can do to get this actually syncing again?

Problem fixed. My own fault -- on new machine I'd set the sync to be unidirectional from cloud to PC, to download the data, and had failed to reset it to be bidirectional. Doh!
