Missing folder tree while moving a task to new location

To whom it may concern:

As thread title described, it is missing, but it was there long time ago, I thought the problem will fix itself through update or so, but it does not, so I have to raise awareness and seeking for a solution.  I hope someone who is on this can shad some light about it.

More information:
To be clear, when I typed missing folder tree, I meant, when user try to move a task, there is an option to find the folder in folder-tree form, now it is just all folders randomly put together, as a result, I can only searched and found the desired foler name and type folder name into the UI when I try to move a task.

For keeping full context intact, in regard to the hierarchy option as described in my earlier posts in this thread, now reappeared in my MLO mechanism after years of missing without app update.
