outlook sync - without prompting?

hello, everytime I sync with outlook, I get 3 questions from MLO - 1)
If I really want to copy tasks from outlook to MLO 2) if I am aware
that only previsously synced tasks will be over ridden 3) if I want to
sava the file. - If I get this every 15 mintutes (my autosync) it is
not nice. Is there a posibility to switch this off? couldnt find it in
formu, thanks for help

Having the same problem with Outlook 2010 and MLO 4.3.3. Does anybody have any suggestions?
