Jumpy Contexts selection

Hi Everyone,
When I left-click to select a single Context filter in the left panel, the list jumps so that many contexts are selected. A black rectangle often then appears beneath the list. It's just a slight annoyance but it happens every day so it's significant enough to ask: Can this be fixed?
