Now when I run MLO, my task list is blank! Trying to open the "Recent file," it says it's corrupted.
I do have MLO on my personal and work computer, and it's OK on the personal computer. Is there a way to get it restored on my work PC?
What should I do at this point?!

It depends on how you are using the sync. If all your tasks in MLO Cloud then just create new empty local file in MLO desktop and sync it to the file on Cloud you used.
If you did not sync then you can find a backup file *.bak which is created each time MLO saves data. Just copy it to a file with name *.ml and open in MLO.
If you configured advanced backup (as MLO suggested) you will find backup data for days, weeks and months back in the location you specified.
Andrey.
