What are the settings for the default TODO view?

MLO Windows - Newish user:  Lost the TODO view settings.  Can't seem to re-create them.  Support said to revert, but that only works for the last thing that was saved.  I just need the settings & can enter them myself.  Thanks!

I may have customised my ToDo view a little, but these are the settings I have:
Show Actions: Active

Show Hierarchy: No (obviously!)

Show Completed: Recent (hides all completed tasks older than 3 days - I'm sure that's one of my customisations)

Group by: (I've actually customised my view to group tasks by Context, so I have all my @Errands together, then another group of everything I need to do @Office).

Sort by: Due date

All other filter criteria are blank, for my setup.
